04. "The drought"- Franco

And yes all of us are stupids, we value things we don't have. Or value the water isn't from idiots? When you live on a desert, value the water is easy, you are all the time thinking on that. Wishing it. You get use to desire. Lack of water on the desert produces mirages, it makes you see water where is not. The drought  is a like a shower of reality, it comes and told you, "come here kid, don't take anything for granted."

Maybe you are cold only because you don't have money or sympathy, during the drought there's always missing. That thinks that you used to splurge now it's missing. That you can live without is missing, that's drought. But when you were born on the desert, like me, every drop of water has value, because you know there are not enough, because like happiness is drain. The ones that are used with the drought don't make a party with a downpour. 

The worst, If something you had easily now is missing, but no the worst isn't missing it, it's realizing that you don't have idea have to get it. Instead, the ones that have to get the things the harder way, we are more carefree. We are also cold but the difference it's that we don't get disappointed because we don't wait that much. Water is like freedom or like security, it just have to miss for a moment to start to value. 

Missing the water is like missing love, you don't just miss it you realized you can't live without it. I born and lived on the drought, I know exactly how it feels to miss something. For that same reason you cut things on time, so it doesn't hurt when it's missing, so the day they cut the water you don't cry like a baby, it's better not to dream, no illusions, don't trust. So the drought don't fuck you, the best it's to live on the drought. So the lack of love don't hurt, the best is not to fall in love, yes I know, to choose, but it hurts least.
