10. "The decision"- Azul

Are we the ones that get to the truth or is the truth the one that get to us? The only thing between us and the truth, is a decision. 

Most of the time, what we desperately want to know, it's at our fingertips. If its there, so accessible, why are we still wandering in the dark? It's lack of interest or cowardice? What makes us choose the silence or lies? You can life your whole life along the edge of the truth,mor you can go straight to it, it's just a decision. 

Reach it or let it get to us, truth is a decision. A decision very hard to take. Why don't we move that veil that prevents us from seeing the truth? From what protect us that blindness? What kind of danger is the truth, that to protect someone we have to lie? The truth sorround us forcefully. Fill us of eloquent signs. It's not about wanting to see it but to love it. The truth is there, is always there, at our fingertips. Between you and it, there's only one decision. Why are we so scared to listen or tell the truth? What did we have to lose? The truth takes you out of a world and takes you to other. Maybe the resistance to truth is that after it you can't turn back. The truth will empty excuses and don't give you another alternative than take charge. 

The truth is an election and like all elections you lose and win. Lying is clinging to things you don't want to lose. Truth displaces lie. Those that installed on your life and now are living with you like a family member. Truth is like a bitter Medicine, hard to swallow, but heals. Truth is uncomfortable, cold and arid. The truth takes away, especially the illusion, but it turns you into something more real. 

The truth is unlike any speculation. It doesn't promise happy endings, or complacent news, it only assure you truth, the soil to build whatever you want. The adulthood is to left behind the childish whims and accept like as it is, it's to take charge. And the path to adulthood is the truth. The lie and silent sink you into quicksand of speculation. However truth, gives you one path: the action. 

Truth is the opposite to ignorance, is the fuel to advance. The truth is a strong light to which ghosts of cavitations recede. A truth life is to have options: it's to being able to choose and do it. 

Lying is lie, tell the truth is be the truth, it's live the truth and it's an election. A decision that scares because that means, choose to lose. Lose the illusion, lose everything that we wanted that life be, lose ambitions, amenities, and distractions. Lose hope and dreams, is losing all that comfort that we invent for fear that the truth hurts. The truth is to drop moorings and swimming in a sea of freedom.
